We too dealt with Global and didn't enjoy the experience.Many phone calls after we had sent our cheque through.Eventually we got the deeds after many months of hassling them but then discovered the week had been banked and used with RCI so had to wait nearly 2 years to use The Monterey.Wouldn't recommend Global.

does anyone know what the fee is to change deed over last time we did it it cost us �75 we dealt straight with the isle of mann
