Was the statement that the Club was being withdrawn from RCI exchanges likely to have been as a result of something he/she was trying to prove to you or to persuade you into something perhaps? I must admit I take everything they say with a pinch of salt (perhaps that's why you meet at mealtimes so there'll be plenty for use on the table!!).

Oh by the way its no good going into or staying in RCI points because like a number of other resorts (total bullshit) CLC is pulling out of RCI - so hand over your cash and convert to CLC points - you'll be much better off under us (sound a bit like Tony Blair). Of course its all a load of rubbish designed to do two things - relieve you of your money and line the timeshare reps pockets with commission. The web site "Crimeshare" is well worth a look and identifies individuals and companies whose operations / ethics leave much to be desired. It goes without saying of course that Club La Costa & its principal shareholder feature prominently on the site!
