On a like-for-like basis, via Empire �419 for a week, via RCI �299, so I suppose the difference covers your annual fee to RCI. I did notice that the website via Empire was easier to search for Canary Islands. On the RCI site you have to choose a rather vague "Portugal, Spain, Canary Islands", i.e. all lumped together, which can make searching for the Canaries rather tedious.
