I too intend to give it one more year in the hope that something can be done or at least started to protect the interests of our holiday investment. It's not a case of 'if', we ARE being ripped-off and what's worse the rest of the industry is standing watching it. If there is no protection against this type of extortion, then walking away might be the only ‘safe-haven’ there is. The CLC members, (http://clcmembers.co.uk) site has recently run an opinion poll on deliberately making 'Late Payments' as a protest. I don’t know whether it would be considered correct to e-mail all ‘Paradise Club’ owners to form an official petition?

We are in the same position. One more year and then goodbye if things persist. I fear they will as CLC are obviously out to get rid of weeks owners as cheaply as possible. There must be some action taken soon though otherwise 2006 will be upon us before we know it. Has anyone the knowledge on how to go about initiating a vote of no confidence in the committee for a start?
Once the minutes of the AGM are published, how about organising a series of letters to our voted representatives who seem to be invisible as far as this board is concerned?
