Take care of yourself! Sometimes that is the hardest part of recovery as we take walking as a part of everyday life. We met at the Hollywood Show last summer and I was recovering from knee surgery. As I told you my story you turned several shades of green. Now I understand why. Knee Surgery was on your future schedule. Sorry if I shook you up. Hang in there!!! It gets better with each passing day.

Joe our thoughts are with you. I can imagine you will get frustrated, but be good and take your time. Remember deep breaths. Hope to see you on your feet real soon.
