Take care of yourself! Sometimes that is the hardest part of recovery as we take walking as a part of everyday life. We met at the Hollywood Show last summer and I was recovering from knee surgery. As I told you my story you turned several shades of green. Now I understand why. Knee Surgery was on your future schedule. Sorry if I shook you up. Hang in there!!! It gets better with each passing day.

Hope all is well today:) I send you blessings that you don't go crazy being 1/2 mobile. My son had knee surgery and with him playing sports he went kinda nuts. All in a good way, maybe. Being as active as you are with your family. I pray for you to hold on :) and always smile they never know what you are thinking.....
