Hello! I make fantasy costumes and wedding gowns and would like to try my hand at pageant wear. My question is what is the top made out of? Anything special? And also same question reguarding the cupcake skirt. Is the skirt wired around the edges? I have a pattern, lots of fancy fabric and trims to practise with. Any advice will be appreciated.
