I need help find a certain type fabric it sheer with this fringe like on it and sort of hairy! Sorry if my description is vague! The color is black but I am sure this comes in differnt colors! The fringe is shiny! I need to find this fabric asap! -- FASHION CENTS

I agree with Cindy Lou, I have always heard it called eyelash fabric. I have bought it at Hancocks before.
