I've been an ebayer for a long time and I've never seen what you are talking about. Beware of fraudulent emails as I have received those in the past. I would check with ebay directly through the website, not through the email link and find out what is going on, Sounds very fishy..do not mail your dress until you have recieved funds!!!! -- FASHION CENTS

[> Subject: My friend had the same thing happen to her! She had to wait till the buyer left positive feedback. They are only doing it to people who have less than 100 stars. They are doing it to protect buyers. I had someone on ebay rip me off and when I filed a complaint they couln't retreive the funds. So it helps some people. But it hurts honest sellers!!
