no, i don't believe that most of the people who get killed under the death penalty should be killed. The reason why i don't believe in the death penalty is actual cruelty. I don't think people who kill other people deserve the luxury of being killed. I think that they should be locked up for years and et rammed in the ass every day for their sin. If you don't agree, actually think for a second what it means to maliciously take a life. How appaling is that? For absolutely no reason, like these people do. THink about what it must be like for the kin and friends of that person. Murderers should rot in fucking prison right until they rot in hell.
BUt, advocating for the devil, as I usually do to expand the minds (like bringing up issues that i was on your side about with Iraq even though i am pro-war), I will say that murderers and the judicial system are killing for entirely different reasons. And the death penalty does stop murder.
Also, prisoners should work. Build roads, that sort. ALso, be encouraged to write. People can still be productive after being thrown in jail.
