1st Annual Hope of Christmas Pageant
When: Sunday, November 23, 2014
Where: Worthington Volunteer Fire Department
Meadowridge Rd, Worthington, WV 26591
Attire: Holiday themed dress or outfit
*No pageant gowns, please.*
Contestant Check-In ~ 1:00 p.m.
Pageant Begins ~ 2:00 p.m.
*Early Bird Entry Fee ~ $55
Postmark deadline is Saturday, October 11

0-23 MONTHS – BABY MISS
2-4 YEARS – TINY MISS
5-6 YEARS – LITTLE MISS
7-9 YEARS – YOUNG MISS
10-12 YEARS – JR. MISS
13-15 YEARS – TEEN MISS
16-21 YEARS – MISS
18 YEARS+ – MS.
18 YEARS+ – MRS.
Ages 18+ can be single/have children/married
Age is as of pageant date
***Side Awards***
* PHOTOGENIC (optional category): Submit only one 8x10 photo in color or black and white. No frame. Write contestant’s name on back of photo. Bring photo with you to turn in at check-in on pageant day. Entry fee for Photogenic is $5.00. Winner will receive a crown and sash.
* OVERALLS (optional categories): Overalls will be awarded for best Christmas attire, prettiest hair, prettiest smile, and best personality. Entry fee is $5 per overall. Winner in each category will receive a crown and sash.
* HEART OF HOPE AWARD (optional): The contestant who collects the most toys to be donated to the Hope, Inc. Domestic Violence Center will receive a crown, sash, and prize. Please bring new toys that can be donated to the children of families involved with the shelter during this Christmas season. Winner will receive a special crown, sash, trophy and Christmas gift bag.
* QUEEN OF HOPE AWARD (optional): The contestant who collects the most money to be donated to the Hope, Inc. Domestic Violence Center will receive a crown, trophy, sash, and Christmas gift bag. Winner will receive a special crown, sash, trophy and Christmas gift bag.
* FAN FAVORITE (optional): Audience members may cast their votes for their favorite contestant. There will be a table set up during the pageant for voting. Participation in Fan Favorite DOES NOT impact any other phase of competition. The contestant with the largest amount of votes will receive a crown, sash, trophy and Christmas gift bag. Votes are $1.00.

FREE ENTRY: Contestants who recruit five people to enter will receive entry to the pageant FREE (does not include photogenic and overalls).
ADMISSION: Admission is $5.00 for adults and children. All contestants will be admitted free of charge.
