It's about time to say farewell to our beautiful queen, Addie Stearns. She will be crowning her successor soon. Addie will be the MC at our Chocolate Kiss childrens pageant in the morning before crowning the new 2015 WV Chocolate Festival Queen.
Pageant date: March 14, 2015
Place: Ripley High School
Chocolate Kiss Childrens Pageant Entry Fee: $40.00 this includes optionals and high point. Runner-ups and high point will be based on number of entries.
Registration deadline: March 4, 2015; You must be pre-registered, no entries will be taken at the door.
Photogenic: $5.00 per photo this will be entered at the door, no prior registration needed. One photogenic winner in each session. Award - gift
Fan Favorite Award: $1.00 = 1 vote. You may collect votes prior to the pageant and turn in when you arrive. One fan favorite winner in each session. Award - crown and cash
Time: Chocolate Kiss: Session I - Open to anyone
Sign In 8:30 AM and pageant begins at 9:00 AM
Divisions: girls birth to 11 months, 12-23 months
boys birth to 4 years
Chocolate Kiss: Session II - Open to anyone
Sign In 9:30 AM and pageant begins at 9:45 AM approx.
Divisions: girls 2-3 years, 4-6 years

MISS CONTESTANTS MUST BE A RESIDENT OF WEST VIRGINIA
ALL OTHER AGE DIVISIONS OPEN TO ANYONE
Divisions based on age day of pageant, except teen see comment.
Divisions; Competion areas; eligibility; Entry fee:
Little Miss 7-9; personal interview, evening gown; $75.00
Jr. Miss 10-12; personal interview, evening gown; $75.00
Teen 13-15; personal interview, streetwear, evening gown; $100. If you turn 16 by January 1, 2016 you have the option to compete in the Miss division.
Miss 16-21; personal interview, streetwear, promo, evening gown, two on-stage questions if in finals; must be 16 by January 1, 2016 and can not reach your 22nd birthday on or before January 1, 2016; must be single, never married, never pregnant or born a child, must be a resident of West Virginia; $130
Ms. 18 and up; divorced, born a child, widowed; personal interview, streetwear, evening gown; $75
Mrs. 18 and up; must be married; personal interview, streetwear, evening gown; $100
Grandmother; any age; personal interview, streetwear, evening gown; $75
Awards: Our 2015 WV Chocolate Festival Queen will receive a $500 Cash Award at the end of her reign, a fantastic Gift Package, Crown, Sash, Flowers and her Application Fee and Hotel paid to the 2016 WVAFF Pageant and Two (2) WVAFF Convention Tickets. All other 2015 Chocolate Festival Queens will receive a Gift Package, Crown, Sash, Flowers and Cash Award to be mailed at end of 2015 WV Chocolate Festival. If eligible the 2015 Mrs. Chocolate Festival Queen will receive a Full Page Ad for the 2016 Mrs. WV America in lieu of the cash award if she so chooses to compete. The Teen and Miss or Ms. Queen will receive a $200 gift certificate, from Pageant Associates, toward entry fee to the WV USA or WV Teen USA Pageants. Total number of contestants will determine runner-ups in each age group and queen cash awards. Photogenic, Congeniality, Spirit and Fan Favorite awards will be given.

6-12 $5.00
13 and up $8.00
