Noon to 6 p.m.
Tiny Miss River Fest
Guidelines and Application
1. Open to young ladies ages 4 to 6
2. Must be a Citizen of the United States and Resident of West Virginia
3. Cannot be the current title holder of Tiny Miss Riverfest
4. Attire: Sunday best
5. Application fee: $25.00
6. Areas of competition:
a.. Tiny Miss is crowned by selecting a specially sealed flower from a bouquet of sealed flowers.
b. Tiny Miss River Photogenic is selected from the 5x7 portrait/picture submitted with this application.
c. Tiny Miss Stage Presence this awarded to the young lady that represents herself best on stage.
7. Responsibilities:
a. To participate in three local parades: Mannington District Parade, Fairmont Christmas Parade and the Three Rivers Festival Parade
b. To participate in Riverfest 2015
c. To participate in two fundraising events.
d. To return to the 2015 pageant to crown Tiny Miss River Fest 2015
8. Awards:
Tiny Miss Photogenic: Trophy and embroidered sash
Tiny Miss Stage Presence: Trophy and embroidered sash
Tiny Miss Court: Tiara, trophy and gift bag
Tiny Miss 2014: Tiara, Embroidered sash, trophy and gift bag
9. Mail application, 5 x 7 picture and application fee by May 16, 2014. Application fee must be paid by cashier’s check or money order. Make payable to the Lower West Fork River WSA. No late applications accepted.
