We have teamed up with Camden Clark Foundation and Kim Couch...
Breast Cancer Awareness Pageant will be held On September 28, 2013.
Registration is from 11:00- 11:30 A.M., pageant starts at 12:00 P.M..
All proceeds will got to the Mid-Ohio Valley for women who need mammograms but can not afford them. We hope to make this an annual event.
This is one outfit and is anything goes PINK (can be dress, ooc pink wear, etc.).
We will have a dressing room for the females to change in and restroom for boys.
Cost for pageant is $65 and a $10 discount for each additional sibling.
Cost for Mrs. West Virginia America Prelim is $75 with no discount.
Age groups are as follows (May combine or separate if need be):
Girls:
0-11 Months - Infant Miss
12-23 Months - Baby Miss
2 Years - Toddler Miss
3 Years - Tot Miss
4 & 5 Years- Tiny Miss
6 - 7 Years - Little Miss
8-10 Years - Junior Miss
11-12 Years - Pre-Teen Miss
13-15 Years - Jr. Teen Miss
16- 18 Years - Teen Miss
19- 25 Years - Ms.
26-35 Years - Majestic Ms.
36-49 Years - Elegant Ms.
50 + Years - Classy Ms.
18 & Up - Mrs. West Virginia America Prelim Queen
Boys Groups (May combine or separate if needed):
0-2 Infant Mr.
3-5 Tiny Mr.
6-9 Little Mr.
1 Mrs. West Virginia America Prelim Queen will recieve a 5" Crown,sash & trophy
15 Age Division Queens will recieve a 5" Crown,sash & trophy
3 Age Division Kings will receive a Crown,sash & trophy
19 1st, 2nd & 3rd Runner Up Trophies
1 People's Choice - Crown,sash & trophy
1 Community Service Queen - Crown,sash & trophy
1 Charity Queen - Crown,sash & trophy
1 Referral Queen - Crown,sash & trophy
1 Overall Photogenic Queen - Crown,sash & trophy
1 Overall Photogenic King - Crown,sash & trophy
1 Photogenic Queen (Ages 0-5)- Crown,sash & trophy
1 Photogenic Queen (Ages 6-12)- Crown,sash & trophy
1 Photogenic Queen (Ages 13-18)- Crown,sash & trophy
1 Photogenic Queen (Ages 19 & Up)- Crown,sash & trophy

Awards per age division: Best Hair, Eyes, Smile, Dressed,Top Model & Personality (Trophies)
Each contestant will receive a t-shirt. Please state size on application.
Photogenic (Optional: $5 for 1, $10 for 3) Each Age Division Photogenic (Trophies)
Will award (1) Overall Photogenic for Girls and (1) for Boys
ALso will award (4) Photogenic Queens (Ages 0-5, 6-12, 13-18, 19 & Up)
* Mrs. West Virgina Prelim Queen- This is open to all Married West Virginia Residents age 18 and up.This is a Prelim title to qualify for the next round at state (TBA). The cost for state is the price of hotel room and you have to sell (5) ad pages at $150 each. I will buy your first ad page, so it will only leave you with (4) to get. If you have any further questions about this title please let me know.
Photogenic is day of pageant and is $5 for 1 photo and $10 for 3 photos.
Peoples Choice will be day of pageant.We will have a table with contestants labeled holders for voting.
We will also have the most referral crown, so make sure to have your friends put your name on top of application.
Community Queen- contestant that brings in most donated items such as lap blankets, neck pillows, and bags of fruity hard candy ( Stuff for the ladies to use during chemo)
Charity Queen- contestant that brings in the most sponsorships.
Rules:
We provide music
No routines, but can do attitude modeling and have hand held prop for Pink wear
No fake anything
Appropriate make-up for ages 11 and up.
Ages 4 and up will have on stage question during beauty wear.
Cost is $65 with a $10 sibling/Mommy discount that will be taken off after the first child.
* Mrs. West Virginia Prelim Queen cost is $75 with no discounts.
Cost at door will be $5 for anyone older then 3.
We will have concession and vendors.
