Ghostly Harvest Pageant will be held On November 2, 2013.
Portion of proceeds will go to Salvation Army ...
Registration is from 10:00- 10:30 A.M., pageant starts at 11:00 A.M..
This is only one outfit and can be Halloween or Fall OOC (Outfit of Choice).
We will have a dressing room for the females to change in and restroom for boys.
$45 Early Bird fee until Oct. 12, 2013 (Must be in Hand)
$55 fee from Oct. 13 - Oct. 26, 2013 (Must be in Hand)
$75 fee from Oct. 27- Nov. 2, 2013 (We will only have 10 spots available this week)
No refunds will be given.
Talent is $15. This is a separate competition. The overall winner in talent will receive a crown, sash and trophy. No more than 3 minutes long....
Door Admission is $5 for ages 3 and up...
Buddy fee is $5 per buddy. Limit of 2 in a group.
Age groups are as follows:
Girls (May combine or separate if need be):
0-11 Months - Infant Miss
12-23 Months - Baby Miss
2 & 3 Years - Toddler Miss
4 & 5 Years- Tiny Miss
6 - 8 Years - Little Miss
9 -11 Years - Junior Miss
12-14 Years - Pre-Teen Miss
15- 19 Years - Teen Miss (Must not be pregnant or have a child if 18 and under)
20- 25 Years - Ms.
26-35 Years - Majestic Ms.
36-49 Years - Elegant Ms.
50 + Years - Classy Ms.
Boys Groups (May combine if needed):
0-2 Infant Mr.
3-5 Tiny Mr.
6-9 Little Mr.
12 Age Division Queens will recieve a crown, trophy and custom sash
3 Age Division Kings will receive a hat, trophy and custom sash
3 Supreme Queens ( 0-3, 4-11 and 9 & up age group) will receive a crown, trophy and custom sash
1 Supreme King will receive a crown, trophy and custom sash
1 Ultimate Grand Supreme will receive a crown, trophy and custom sash
1 People's Choice - Crown, trophy and sash (Cash/Check Only)
1- Overall Photogenic - Crown, trophy and sash
1 Charity Queen - Crown, trophy and sash
1 Community Service Queen - Crown, trophy and sash
4- Overalls Queen/King- crown, trophy and sash
Princess/Prince - Crown, trophy and sash
Awards per age division: Top Model, Best Hair, Eyes, Smile, Dressed, & Personality (Certificates)
Photogenic (Optional: $5 for 1, $10 for 3) Each Age Division Photogenic (certificates)
Overalls are at the door all 4 for $20 and includes Overall Prettiest Smile, Overall Prettiest Hair, Overall Prettiest Eyes and Overall Best Personality (Girls and Boys both welcome)
Charity Queen- The contestant that brings in the most sponsorship money to be given to Salvation Army.
Community Service Queen- The contestant to bring in most non- parishable items. A worksheet with price value will be posted closer to pageant day.
Rules:
We provide music
No routines, but can do attitude modeling and have hand held prop.
No flippers.
Appropriate make-up for ages 9 and up, 4-8 can have light blush and clear lip gloss
Halloween/Fall OOC is unlimited, hand held props only.
Ages 4 and up will have on stage question during beauty wear.
Photogenic is day of pageant and is $5 for 1 photo and $10 for 3 photos.
Peoples Choice will be day of pageant.
We will also have the most referral crown....
First 10 to turn in application and payment will be put into drawing to win a crown.
Buddy awards, this is the combined score of two contestants . The highest group receives trophies.

Vendors: Cost is $30 and a small dnation for raffle drawing. This price includes table. This is a first come first serve to the first 15 that pay.
