The crowd pops LOUDLY as Chris “The Future” Sabin walks out onto the top of the stage, holding a fist above his head before making his way down to the ring for this final collision of former Mattitude members. Once inside, he leaps to the middle ropes as fans in the front row bow down to a “Hail Sabin” sign that hangs over the barricade.





Test… Test… T-T-T-Test… This is a Test







Test follows Sabin out, adjusting his elbow pads as he stalks down to the ring, climbing onto the apron and points in at Sabin with an angry look, visibly upset about setting the earliest elimination record in last night’s Royal Rumble.


Sabin kick starts this match by dropkicking Test’s legs out from under him, and Test falls to the floor and bounces his chin off the ring apron. The crowd then pops as Sabin takes a running start, leaping OVER the top rope with a flipping senton, crashing onto Test and taking him down to the floor! However, Sabin bounces off of Test and lands on his feet, throwing a fist above his head to another LOUD pop from the crowd!

Future pulls Test up by the hair and rolls him into the ring as the bell sounds. Chris climbs onto the apron and waits for the big man to stand before springing up to the top rope and flying off, floating around Test and cradles his head on the spin, DRIVING him head first into the mat with an innovative DDT! Future lays across Test, but he gets his foot on the bottom rope before the three count.

The crowd begins to chant “Hail Sabin! Hail Sabin!” as Test backs into a corner. Sabin rushes in for a monkey flip, but Test holds on and seats Future on the top rope, drilling him across the jaw with a right hand. Test goes for another shot, but Sabin retaliates with a kick to the mouth. As Test staggers, Future leaps over Test with a sunset flip Powerbomb, holding him down for yet another close two count!


JR: Is there ANYTHING that this young stud can’t do?


Sabin pops right back up to his feet, drilling Test with right hands and fires him across, going for a Hurricanrana on the return; however, Test shoves out of it, but Sabin does a full flip and lands on his feet, rushing forward, right into a HUGE lariat that flips him feet over head!

Test falls back into the ropes, shaking his head out before coming forward with a STIFF punt to the ribs, sending Sabin rolling all the way across the ring. Test looks up to the rafters and throws his arms above his head, yelling out “It’s Good!” to a round of boos from the fans. He then stalks in after Sabin and lifts him onto his shoulders, rushing him into a corner and drops him head first into the turnbuckle with a snake eyes! Test then begins to hammer away on Sabin with right hands before placing his boot across his throat, choking him out! Test now fires Sabin across and catches him on his shoulders, spinning him into a running Powerslam into the mat and covers for the one, two, TWO!

The crowd pops as Future kicks out, and they get behind him with chants of “Let’s Go Sabin! Let’s Go Sabin!” Test pulls Sabin up and motions for the crowd to the quiet, slapping Chris across the chest! He then pulls him up and goes for another snake eyes, but Sabin floats over and shoves Test chest first into the corner. As Test rebounds out, Future comes off the ropes with a running enzaguri, connecting with the back of his head!

The crowd begins to clap their hands and stomp their feet as both men pull themselves up, with Sabin beating Test to the punch. Chris hammers away on the big man before attempting to fire him across, but Test reverses the Irish whip. Future ducks a lariat on his way back and hits the far side ropes, coming forwards once more, but this time Test catches him with a BIG BOOT to the mouth!

The crowd boos as Future doubles over, laid out on the mat. Test now grins as he goes up to the top rope, sets his feet, and flies off with a HUGE elbow drop, connecting dead on and covers for the one, two, TWO! Sabin shockingly kicks out!

Test pulls at his hair, arguing with the official. He finally gives in and pulls Sabin to his feet, hooking him for a Pump handle Slam. As soon as he hoists Sabin up, Future kicks his legs and floats over, landing on his feet behind the big man and kicks him in the gut, trying to hook him for the Future Shock! However, Test battles his way free and shoves away from Chris, bouncing off the near ropes and goes for another big boot, but Sabin ducks it and grabs Test with a back suplex, spinning him over into a sitout Powerbomb! Sabin flips over Test, pulling up on the leg for the one, two, and THREE!


The crowd goes WILD as Chris Sabin has now put the final nail into the Mattitude coffin by defeating former fellow Mfer! Chris pops up to his feet and celebrates with the fans, rolling to the outside and begins to make his way up the ramp as The Coach meets him there, mic in hand.


Coach: Chris Sabin, congratulations, you’ve really been building some momentum as of late. Not only did you defeat Test tonight, but you had one heck of a showing in the Royal Rumble. Now that Mattitude is over with, what does the future hold for Chris Sabin?

Sabin: “The Future”, that’s exactly it right there Coach. It’s not what does the future hold for Chris Sabin, it’s what does Chris Sabin hold for the future because I’m on my way up, and just like Test did tonight, everyone will Hail Sabin.


Sabin begins to slap hands with the fans along the rail as they cheer for him, but everyone’s attention is turned to the entranceway as “I Am” blasts over the speakers, signaling the arrival of the International Champion, AJ Styles!













Styles walks out from the back for his title defense, and he takes a nice, long hard look at Sabin as he walks past him on his way to the ring.


Sabin remains on the stage, staring a hole into Styles as he slides into the ring, and we go to a commercial break.
