A detective did interview her and he said she wouldn't disclose but reccomend I change the access arrangement. She disclosed some very serious things to me a few weeks later and then she got a second interview which she did give some information. The result of the investigaton basically is that there's not enough evidence but they do believe something happened to her.

I will start voice recording. I started with my toddler so far she's said she's afraid of daddy's house and then said his first name ******'s house.

No one's listened to the concerns I have with my 3 year olds behavior and assume she wasn't being abused. I am really questioning that myself. My phycologist said these behaviors sound like he was grooming her. They are not normal.

With the investigaton open I wasn't allowed to ask my oldest daughter questions or anything now they've closed it. Both child protection and police said that I shouldn't take them to the doctors. But I am strongly concerned because of the disclosures nature. Medically she needs tests to make sure she doesn't have any complications from it. Child protection closed the file saying she's safe with me. The worker did tell me that when he interviewed my daughter she was really quick to respond until it came down to what had happened. She won't exactly say what happened. I think she's traumatised emotionally, I know I am after what she bad said.

She is seeing a master's level phycologist who does work with children who have been threw very traumatic things and they do specialise with her Disability as well.

My oldest daughter is safe, and she will always be safe from him, the three year old is safe right now, but soon it's not going to be up to me.

Regarding an interview with my ex no they did not do one with him. They did ask his mother as I disclosed he confessed that he touched her to his mother and previously and then turned it into a nightmare he had.
His mother referred to a lawyer when contacted.

So we have appointments with the pediatrician tomorrow to check on their health and that's all I can really do. And see if the detective made any notes. Hoping the pediatrician will listen to my concerns with my 3 year old daughters behaviors that are really questionable to me.
