In the category for the Asian-American Showcase, the Audience Award
for Best Feature Film goes to "Soap Girl."
At last Saturday night's Closing Ceremonies of the 2002 Big Bear Lake
International Film Festival (September 13-15, 2002), director Young
Man Kang's romantic drama, "Soap Girl" wins that category's Audience
Award as presented by fellow award winner, actor Dana Lee. Actress
JoBeth Williams ("The Big Chill," "Adam," "The Day After") wins an
award as well.
