The church and The Equal Rights Amendment (which I read they fought very well), gay marriage (again, fought very well from their purse of tithes), or the ruling in Washington?

The latter is what interests me as current news outside of churches. And I'll be watching to wonder what happens re the case going to appeal, any subsequent Supreme Court ruling in the State of Washington. This is new territory for campaign laws concerning media and internet websites.

Regardless my opinion of encroaching laws, the morning talk host did solicit for the campaign, requesting listeners sign up and make a donation. That's a fact!

Another question: would non-Bush supporters here be equally inflamed by legal action and/or rulings had the request for donations been directed at a website campaigning for our President? Or is that a rhetorical question?
