Yeah, but in addressing Michelle's point (that it's really a person's own responsibility to deal with their own drug usage/nonusage), I think that property crime (of which there is very much here, and most linked to drugs) *is* something the rest of us law-abiders are deserving protection from.

The best way to protect us is to get rid of the black market drug trade IMO.
