Jeez, from everything you've written on this message board about your home life, a quick walk through the house while everyone's home should provide all the motivation you require!

Seriously though, there are only two main emotions that guide our actions: love and fear. All other emotions and all of our reactions spring from one of those two wells. Anyone who works Yiddish, Spanish and Japanese into her post definitely loves to learn, so the only question left is: What are you afraid of?

Failing? No one fails as long as they produce a result. There is a story about a reporter who visits the lab of Thomas Edison, and while there learns that Ol'Tom made somewhere in the neighborhood of 25,000 attempts at inventing a battery. The reporter says, "How does that feel for someone like you to have failed so many times?" Edison looked at him quizzically and responded, "I never failed. I now Know 25,000 ways how NOT to make a battery."

Afraid of succeeding? I know this one very well. It comes from a terrible seed that gets planted when we are young that tells us we are not entitled to our heart's desires. This is a weed, pull it out and use it for compost!

Now get off the damn computer and get to Work!
