Thanks for the welcome, I have a feeling I have a lot to learn and a lot to re-learn in the world. I am finding it hard to break free from the T.V. Eventhough I know what it does to me and how I feel after another day wasted in front of it, it seems a lot harder to quit than I thought. I have started weeding it out daily by doing other things that I have never done before. I am gardening daily and I have even started a workout routine and have stuck with it for a few weeks. I went to the hairdresser and got a total makeover and have started focusing more on myself (which seems to be something I have completely forgotten of recent) and less on the characters on the T.V. How long should I expect for this wishy washy T.V. watching to go on? How long did it take all of you to obliterate T.V. from your lives? What did you do about your other family members who still want to watch T.V.?
