Subject: Oh C, I had a little boy tease me and call me "Grandma" while I substituted last week at school. I laughed because it was just amazing that this boy would talk to me let alone make jokes. :) I did remind him that it is never nice to ask a lady how old they are. So, did you like Alias last night?

I *always* love Alias. I think MV plays emotionally tortured Vaughn very well. Some people may scoff at the "ship" of Syd and Vaughn, but the scene when he was talking about Santa Barbara? That was just heart-breaking. And I'm glad they brought the references to their planned weekend back because it does show continuity.

Overall, I thought Ice was a better episode. The whole setup was kind of "the what? who? huh?"

I thought the bowling scene was hysterical. I'm still not postive I like Nadia, but I don't dislike her at all. I'm kind of neutral. I think I would have disliked her if they hadn't made her kill the guy she thought killed her mother---I'm not sure I wanted to see each episode where she was focuses on finding a killer. I look forward to the time when Sloane's plan is revealed and we find out how Nadia fits in.

I love Marshall more this season--I always prefer him in his office rather than in the conference room. Especially with Jack---now that's just a hoot.

I can't wait to find out what Jack and Sloane are up to, what Irina's sister has to do with anything, and all the other secrets that will be revealed that we don't even know about yet.

But I was really wishing JG would do something other than furrow her brow when confronted by the bad guys. It looked to me like she was confused or deep in thought instead of the neutral look she ought to have been portraying to the bad guys. Oh well. Maybe that was her neutral look. ;-)

I loved the Santa Barbara conversation. It sounded so real that we can wonder if that's what would have happened if Syd hadn't "died".
