My thoughts on God and an afterlife:

I believe their is a Supreme Power, Creator, God. What I am unsure of is what form that being/entity takes. I don't believe there is one being/ego/entity (something you could look at and say "that is God")I believe that would be to limiting. To be able to put boundaries around a Creator doesn't seem logical to me. In a (seemingly) infinite universe why would God be a finite, measurable thing? (That's an actual question ;-) How I come to this opinion is from one simple phrase that directs me in most of my spiritual journey: "as above, so below". Meaning: God is many forms, names, places, emotions, beings, etc. If he can't be defined appropriately here, how can he be defined appropriately elsewhere.

As for the afterlife, well, I've had my share of communications with the otherside. One of you mentioned feeling your hairs rise or a shiver go through your body. Well, that is my first indicator to let me know that a spirit is around me and desires to communicate. The communications are usually very brief and to the point. I have no doubt that there is an afterlife. What it looks like or is, I have no clue ;-)
