I apologize if I was rude to terd sniffer. In my defense, he kind of took a mere observation and made it out like I was outraged. And he never did explain why the observation was so objectionable in the first place.

As for the road course specialists I would treat them just like we do now. Give them an arbitrary middle of the road value. We don't ever adjust their values now do we? I thought they were $750 in perpetuity.
