You should definitely be penalized. For one thing I dare say the race wasn't official when you checked. Everytime I look at points after a race it says unofficial. Besides that I clearly remember getting the 25 point deduction Ward received long after the race was official so take your three points like a man a quit crying.

As for Tbone what a post! I hope Diane Lane wins an Oscar. What a career, the big sister from Six Pack and Laurie Darlin from Lonesome Dove.
