 呢個世上無完美的事物，任何事物總有佢好同壞的一面，我現在居住在港灣第一期隔個公園的大廈，已經住左３０年。我可以話比你聽好多批評都是捕風捉影、不盡不實的，例如說童黨問題嚴重，叫佢地在老人堆中搵童黨比我睇喇！

至於話嘈，如果果ｄ人耳仔咁靈敏，叫佢住珀麗灣喇！到時佢地又會嫌交通唔方便。咁耐以黎我聽到最離譜的批評是「港灣售樓處將會起公園，咁將來ｄ老人家晨運時會好嘈。」叫佢住火星喇！

又話港灣購物唔方便，佢地知唔知泓景加昇悅的商場都唔夠港灣大？如果樓下有個超級大商場都話買野唔方便，我諗佢地應該住在超市之中。

簡言之，港灣並唔係完美的樓盤，甚至乎對某些人黎講唔係可以接受，但係以這個價錢配合算係交足貨。如批評４７７或４９９太細，大可以買７００－８００呎，再唔係羅多一筆錢去其他區買。如果根本無咁多錢買第二度，又係度賭白頭片，似乎有點不負責任。
