All of Superman's powers are outside variables. He gets all of them from the sun which is, everybody now, an "outside variable". So if you want to be so realistic, think about that. Batman actually had to put effort into getting his skills. Superman just had to sit around the planet for a while. Without his power, whether it be to the "new rule" of "removing outside variables", or the simple fact that Batman would always bring some kryptonite with him; Batman wins, every time.
