Rolling snarls now cascaded over her unsheathed teeth, obviously and purely irate with both felines. The delicate hairs upon her body had all shot up making her appearance almost needle like. However, the puma was not at her normal strength from nursing and constantly hunting, so, maybe a warning would get them high tailing.
"Both you wastes of fur have a minuet to book it as far from my den and kittens as you can or else your hides will be warming my litter."
The threat was not empty, her motherly instincts would drive her to attack even the most lethal of intruders drive them away from her kits, Pandora and Bastion. Shifting dangerously upon her paws Psalm emitted more snarls, both kittens becoming nervous by their mother's antics and the unfamiliar cats.
