I dont ever want to have that ohmygodsandgoddessesIjustatesomuchIamgoingtoexplode feeling ever again. I know the feeling you are talking about. It leaves you depressed and lazy and just plain old BLAH.

I hear what you are saying about the healthy fats. I only cook with three things. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Canola pan spray, or the calorie free spray butter. I am not a big almond fan (well I dont like them by themselves) and avacados are hard to come by here....I wonder what else I could incorporate? Are there any other kind of nuts besides almonds that have that same kind of *good* fat?

I discovered a new yummy thing today. Well at least it is new to me. Let me tell you...I love yogurt. I really do. I know they make low fat and all that....but I have been looking for a low fat AND low carb one and today I hit the jackpot. Its by Dannon...its called Light N' Fit Carb Control. And yes! It is made with Splenda! They come 4 to a pack....4oz cups...and here are the nutritional facts: 60 calories, 3g fat, 3 carbs! Woo hoo! *Does the ohmygodsandgoddessesIjustfoundlowcarbyogurt dance* Now, if I could just find some lowcarb pasta that doesnt taste like cardboard I would be super happy.....and BTW... I also found a low carb and calorie peanut butter...I think it is called "carb sense"....and they also have a BBQ sauce...which I got for my chicken breast...for a little aded flavor if i get bored. There were many other things I wanted to buy...but I was trying to shop wisely with my money....I so wanted to splurge on Portabella mushrooms....but they are expensive here....and I splurged on them twice last week..LOL....I could eat those things every dang day they are so yummy. I bought 6 bags of various frozen veggies....It is easier for me to do the frozen ones economically...I can just grab the bag out of the freezer and scoop some into my steamer and I am good to go.
My hours are increasing at work as of tomorrow...I will be working fridays again and have a little extra time now during the week as well...so hopefully I can splurge more in the coming weeks. Magicks surgery and the other cats visits kind of threw us off...not to mention we owe on taxes this year...*rolls eyes*.....
Anyways...I will stop rambling now and just wish you all love and happy weight loss.....
Thaks dreemy for the catfish advice and the idea of egg white omelettes for dinner....
