Very exciting news...I hadn't been to my WW meeting for 2 weeks and I lost 1 and a half pounds. I was very pleased with myself. I guess maybe I am actually doing something right because I really haven't followed their program very well for a while now. I have been walking and making better food choices I think, that must be part of the magickal key to weight-loss.

So I have started a new chapter in my diet "notebook". This morning already I have drank my protein drink and turned on some funky music and danced till I broke a sweat (small steps to start, you know). I will continue to visualize a slimmer and trimmer (and healthy and happier) me, I know she's out there just waiting to appear!
