Isn't it amazing how losing weight can help you feel so grate? And you're absolutely right about how it helps your arthritis. I found the same thing.

That's quite an accomplishment. I know how hard it is to say "no" when you love food so much. You've gone about it in a sensible way, and now that you've made it a habit, I'm betting you'll keep that weight off. The nice thing is, you can still treat yourself every once in a while, and you can take pleasure in knowing it's the exception rather than the rule.
