I'll have you know that I've lost a huge amount of weight. I've had to purchase a whole new wardrobe and I don't go to the fat guy stores anymore.

It's amazing, people who haven't seen me in a long time don't recognize me. I have my hair (what's left) cut real short and keep my beard and moustache close cropped. Now that I'm in my early 50's I'm told I look in my early 40's. Back when I was in my eary 40's people thought I was 60!

I feel better too and it's helped my arthritis too.

I still eat whatever I want, but only half as much (or less) as I would have normally..It's working for me and without any pain. I had to do something or I would have had to go the Al Roker route and get stapled...But I feel that is a form of forced starvation. At least my way I can still binge if I reall need to without puking.

Anyway, I'm doing great.
