What happened to everyone on this board? Did ya'll move to another board while I was away?

Well, the RJ family is doing very well down here in far southwestern Virginia. It's my third day as a McDonald's owner, and life is incredibly busy. I've already logged over 40 hours in the stores, and I'm not there enough! But it is a true labor of love, I've never been happier. Mrs. RJ and the kids visit frequently, and I manage to spend some precious time with them either to grab a quick bite or watch them out in the Playlands. Fortunately, other owner operators tell me things get easier and require less time at the stores.

We just signed a contract on our dream home, which is set on a hill overlooking a 4 mile long valley. The valley is lush green pastureland for herds of dairy cows. The view is breathtaking, and the cows are relatively quiet and well mannered neighbors. There aren't any other immediate human neighbors at all, since the house sits on 28 acres, most of which is woodland located behind the house. Our realtor tells us the woods are full of deer, rabbits, and turkey. That covers at least three holidays, hehehe.
