That is an easy question to answer. They are present spiritually everywhere there are beings with whom They have dealings, but they are not everywhere bodily; that is their bodies are not everywhere present, which is what omnipresent means. Omnipresence is governed by relationship and knowledge of God. Like the presence of someone being felt by another who is thousands of miles away, so it is with the presence of God among men (1 Cor. 5:3-4). (See also Dake's note on "Omnipresent" in the "Complete Concordance and Cyclopedic Index of any edition of the Dake's Annotated Reference Bible where he explains this further.

If God were physically everywhere at once, as Sola maintains, then that means that God is in hell too, and that would mean that those in hell are not actually separated from God, since He is there with them. So, Sola, is God in hell with the unsaved?
Here's another one for you, Sola: If God is physically everywhere at once, as your definition of omnipresent maintains, then why did He have to come down and see for Himself if things in Sodom and Gormorrah were as bad as has been reported to Him?"

Lettuce take the last point first.

Isa 59:16-19
16 And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.
17 For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloke.
18 According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence.
19 So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

Did the Lord already know the great sin of Sodom? YES! There is no way for Him NOT to know. Who are the major players there in Genesis 18? This intercourse was between G_d and man(Abraham). Y'shua, The Lord Jesus, as the Son of G_d, the Second Person of the Trinity, carried out the marching orders of The Father. In short, Fowler Jack, G_d was looking for an intercessor. What or whom did He find to intercede for Sodom? There are numerous other passages in Scripture where G_d "repented" of something, in judgment, he was going to do to men or nations. That IS what happens when there is NO ONE to intercede for men.

G_d seeks the testimony of men. According to the Fowler types, there is no need to pray out loud, to meet in corporate prayer, to cry out against unrighteous goobermints, and Rt Rev Fowler types. The words, "I will go down and see" are, apparently, lost on the Fowler. G_d never punishes upon the report of men. He only punishes based upon His own timeless, infallible knowledge.

Another teaching here is based on Romans 13 and the Fowler's wrong, heretical beliefs on human government. There were NO magistrates, NO ONE in authority crying out against the great sin of Sodom.

When there are no witnesses giving testimony in a nation, certain destruction will follow.

Another more questions to Fowler Jack. Does Satan today, have access to Heaven? To Hell? What, if any, are the differences between Sheol, Hades and Gehenna? Of Paradise? Are any of these places considered a "final state" or "final resting place" of the souls there?

The Rt Rev Fowler types need a goodly dose of eschatological, fundamental-foundational Biblical teachings. Again, he DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IS MEANT BY, "IT IS FINISHED."
