I do not go that that Libel and Slander board at the instruction of my attorney who is investigating the posts, and their authors for possible legal action, but gave my friend the information to refute the nut's claims. As for giving the source for the outline, that was not possible since nobody claims authorship for it and is available on many ministerial sites for free use by fellow ministers. Since it is God who gives ministers their sermons, the credit goes to God. To Whom It May Concern:

It would be my pleasure to provide legal testimony to any victim of Jack Howell�s harassment or frivolous legal suits. I will testify thus:

� Jack Howell has insisted at one time and told others that I was a man even when told he was incorrect.

� Jack Howell implied that as a man on many occasions that I was a practicing member of NAMBLA (American Man-Boy Love Assoc.) And has dogged me with such slanderous libelous accusations prior to protests from friends that I am indeed a woman! After several witnesses corrected him, the record shows he insisted on referring to me as a man with pedophilic inclinations when ever he was challenged.

� Jack Howell has also called me a Nazi and a participating member of like organizations. Contrary to my record of vehemently supporting Israel.

� Jack Howell has repeatedly stated that I am a member of various fringe militia terrorist organizations. Specific ones I had never heard of.

� Jack Howell knowing I was a married woman, said I was stalking him on the net and was coming on to him. He implied I was sexually interested in him.

� Jack Howell has said that I belong to various cults when he is challenged to support his aberrant doctrines.

� Jack Howell has broken laws by publishing personal information about me on the internet.

� Jack Howell has threatened me personally with imminent police action (implying that police would �be knocking on my door��.etc. "any minute now") A CRIMINAL OFFENSE!

� Jack Howell has threatened my internet service. A CRIMINAL OFFENSE!

� Jack Howell has threatened me stating that he had personally initiated an on going investigation with local police and with my Internet provider who, according to him was going to abruptly "cut off my service". He threatened me repeatedly that my internet service was in contact with him personally and had indicated to him that my household�s DSL was going to be ended imminently due to his action. A CRIMINAL OFFENSE!

HERE�S THE FACTS: My internet provider had never heard of Jack Howell when I contacted them after months of his harrassment; they literally BELLY- LAUGHED at his claims! The provider told me that my account would have had �a case number assigned to it� had the Jangler in any way initiated an investigation and that they (the company) said they had absolutely NO RECORD OF JACK HOWELL!

Remember Jack Howell had threatened me and others for months! My provider told me �HE WAS DANGEROUS AND VIOLATING THE LAW!� They SAID TO �FILE A CRIMINAL REPORT WITH THE POLICE!�

Jack Howell, in his usual fantasyland machinations, prevarications and debauchery enjoys embellishing his fantasy world of LIES and THREATS that make him feel good about himself � claiming to others that he was �meeting personally� at a scheduled appointment with my service provider to �provide them with information� �at their office.� And �AT THE COMPANY�S REQUEST.� All lies from a pathetic man of darkness who lives in a fantasy world.

The above is one of several contrived machinations from Jack Howell that caused three departments at my service provider to literally LAUGH because: They DO NOT have offices in Oklahoma! Moore, or otherwise! Additionally, he didn�t even know the company�s name that he had supposedly been in all these behind the scenes covert operations with that were preparing to pull my plug! Proving conclusively to the provider company, and to me, what most have already deduced about Jack: He is a seedy congenital LIAR with absolutely no morals and no light guiding his actions.

The above list is just off the top of my head. I have files of threats he has made to me personally and to others I am acquainted with that are available upon request from respected sources during discovery.

Know this victims of Jack Howell: There is no sane legal professional in this country that would represent Jack Howell on a pro bono basis with the volumes of evidence against him from dozens of those he has threatened and slandered. Jack is not living in the real world. It would cost his attorney�s office thousands in PI work, court costs, transportation, discovery, depositions, and paperwork just to accommodate The Rt. Rev., Inc�s pipedream litigation. Besides, it is a wholly frivolous case which they will NOT expend a dime on because there is NO MONEY IN IT FOR THEM!

Additionally, remember, they have a reputation to uphold with their peers and the judge who would look at Jack�s own actions and history and toss the case out; leaving the law firm holding Jackie's diaper of excrement costing them out of pocket several thousand from a DEADBEAT client.

In Jack Howell�s newest of fantasyland bedroom dream � he imagines a world that condones his ability to slander and libel others freely on a daily basis without accountability or recourse, while dreaming of sleighing his dragons in a one-sided dog and pony courtroom. He fanaticizes of being handed some kind of dreamland victory over those who respond to him in the manner in which he dished it out to others.

These pfake �attorneys� in his mind that commune with him at night in his bedroom, like Philemon did with Carl Jung - had best be of the caliber of his opponent�s guns. Fulbright & Jaworski LLP or Jenkens & Gilchrist, to be specific, are two of my four current counsels. I don�t play games with �little boys� - contrary to his slander that I am a NAMBLA member! He can bet his bedroom alter that I have the guns round up and bring in all the other PFAKES in this court-enchilada and make it one big happy �combo plate� - whether the PFAKES are supposedly �incorporated� or not, I�ve checked. Only my "check" was real, cowboy.

I don�t waste my time or money with little nickel and dime deadbeat bedroom bishops! I will make his harassment worth my time. I have no respect for Jack or his tare associates and will extract a pound of flesh if badgered further.
