"The next major error in Tamarisk's post is his continued insistense that PFAI and Michael Kear Ministries are registered as 501(c)3 nonprofit religious organizations, which we are not, and have repeatedly stated so. Again, as I mentioned in a previous post, this is nothing more than the old tell a lie often enough and people eventually begin to believe it, even the one telling it cult tactic. As we mentioned previously, there is nothing wrong with having this registration with the IRS since it guarantees in writing that the organization is in fact, a tax exempt nonprofit religious organization and not a sham. As I mentioned previously, I did look into getting this registration from the IRS for PFAI, but was informed by the IRS that even though it is recommended, it is not necessary, and since I did not want to pay the IRS the $500.00 dollars for this registration, I opted not to go with that, as I felt the Lord's finances could go to better use. Now, the church where I hold membership is a 501(c)3 organization and has NEVER been dictated to by the IRS as Tamarisk claims would happen to such churches. It is really quite obvious that Tamarisk has never really bothered to examine what 501(c)3 is really about, nor would it serve his purpose to do so, since he has already demonstrated his anti-american, militia mentality, and has shown that he favors the overthrow of the government in the name of his counterfeit "Christianity."
