Regarding PFA,Incorporated's "finances" as I recall (I have it in my files, these folks are known for re-arranging their deck chairs when they are exposed!).....
Their statement (paraphrased) says basically that all finances go through their "treasurer" but are ultimately the decision of "the bishop."
Fine. So as we have illustrated before with their direct quotes, guess what? They don't have a "treasurer"! So what does that really mean? Well, if all financial decisions are the ultimate decision of their so called "bishop" and he has "final" authority over the disbursement of their finances......figure it out first graders. What a flotilla of flotsam!
