WRT--"This is what PFAI recommends on it’s site: ” The Dake Annotated Reference Bible from Dake Publishing, is like no other study Bible on the market.,,,,then two paragraphs are dedicated to advertising Dake’s works.”"

I know Dake publishes their "study" bible in numerous translations. I have many bible versions in my library. What I use, almost exclusively, is a couple of KJV versions. I have the Parallel KJV with comentary from Liberty University. Then, I use the Defined KJV from the Bible for Today Ministries, edited by Dr. D.A. Waite. While I am not a major supporter of Jerry Falwell and Liberty, I do enjoy most of the commentary parts. I don't agree with everything there because a few of the commentators have used other bible versions for reference. With the commentary, the pages of the Book are up over 2000 making it difficult to "carry" on the streets.

I do enjoy the literature from The Bible for Today Ministries. The "Defined KJV" only has the words "difficult words" defined at the bottom of the pages. No commentary. Just words defined to make the text more understandable.

While the Rt Rev Fowler and Kear freely admit they are not 501 c 3, they have all the markings of the corporate church in AmeriKa. What was Fowlers' original "problem" with what you, ACNR, and myself was posting about his website, testimony, and what he was posting elsewhere? His claim was he had exclusive rights to these writings and we could not repost them elsewhere. He threatened legal action, to contact phone companies, ISP's, even threatened ACNR with contacting the "authorities" concerning from where he was posting. There are "Fowlers'" in many "churches" today. The Jackals type will be the "leader" of the Moore chapter of the TIPS, Neighborhood Watch Groups, in the coming daze. Dumbed down, prissy preachers; those in the corporate, 501 c 3, tax exempt church in AmeriKa today, are a great problem because they don't believe the Bible and "IT IS FINISHED."

Jackals threatenings carry about as much weight as the myth of Satan Claus, Father Time, The Easter Bunny, etc. The Fowler types live in some fantasy world of their own creation and imagination.

Both of those Bibles I mentioned above acknowledge they have NO right to claim ANY ownership over the text of the KJV. They do, however, have a right to the commentary portion and whatever they may have added to define the text. If Fowler uses a KJV version of Dake, he is free to use entire verses, chapters and books of the Bible for whatever purpose he chooses. ANY OTHER VERSION IS COPYRIGHTED BY ITS RESPECTIVE PUBLISHER. The text, therefore, belong to that publisher and, like the Dake commentary, belongs to them. The "C" within the circle denotes a copyright the publisher reserves all rights to the text. Most of these contain "fair use" clauses under the UCC, allowing the public to use no more than 1000 words or verses for private use. If using in a book for profit, the respective publisher must be given credit on the title page.

I had an instructor at BBI who was careful about giving a certain bible version out for people to use because of the commentary. His words were akin to, "it stinks!" Having read and heard many comments about the Dake study bible, I'll not be spending my money on this perverted commentary.

I called the radio program on Tuesday and talked with Pastor Ernie off the air after, for about half an hour. Pastor Ernie was amuzed about the "Bishop of Moore." People are deceived because of what the Church of Today isn't. Real men, preaching the whole truth and the whole Word of G_d are scarce today. They've been bought and paid for, lack guts and courage, and given over to false doctrine.

Pastor Ernie plays an intro song on his show. Some of the words go, "I'd rather die on my feet, than live on my knees." The inference here is, while prayer is important, you can't stay on your knees and please G_d. You can't be a lukewarm, pew warmer, in the name of Y'shua. The true "spirit-filled" Church of Today will be an Activist Church. I often pray while pacing the floor. That day if quickly approaching when True Born Again, Bible Believing Christians had better learn to pray on their feet, while doing good works for the Lord.
