It is perfectly alright to go before majestrates to settle civil disputes if they cannot be settled any other way. It is however discouraged for Christians to sue other Christians, as it is considered a bad witness (1 Corinthians 6:1), but if the person claiming to be "Christian," shows that he/she is not by their actions, then it is permissable to go to law against them to resolve the problem."

Let us examine the purpose of civil goobermint. It was ordained by G_d Himself in Genesis 9. In Genesis 2:24 He ordained the institution of the family, and later, His Christian Church.

G_d has invested in mankind the right to govern itself; it is one of our inalienable rights given by G_d. NOT the Constitution or man's court of law. Those "Pastors, Priests, and (for) Profit, Prophets(Jeremiah 2:8) are SUPPOSED to be a terror to evil works(Romans 13:3); and those who disobey the G_d-ordained powers of human government because,

Rom 13:4-5
4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

One of the statutes of a just and righteous government, using the sword, is found in Genesis 9:6. This gives compelling justification for a G_d ordained government to use Capitol Punishment. It is ALSO justification for a G_d ordained government to punish those murdering the unborn in the womb of their mother. No where is capital punishment abrogated in Scripture and is as valid today as in the days of Noah.

According to Ryrie, "Homocide (which in a sence is always fratricide--more on that later), demands punishment that matches the crime. The justification for capital punishment, here established, is the nobility of human life, which is made 'in the image of G_d.'"

It is not instituted primarily as a deterrent for crime, but as a strong reminder of the uniqueness of man, created in the image of G_d.

The Rt Rev, in his wishy washy belief concerning Romans 13, must believe he should stand before a liberal magistrate such as a Klinstone appointee. The only way Jackals will get justice in man's court is because he can afford it, or he knows the Masonic symbol of crossing his feet while inside the bar as a sign to the Masonic judge his his fraternal brother. It becomes quite clear Jackals has little comprehension as to who or whom is his brother.

According to Websters 1828 Dictionary,
"In scripture, the term brother is applied to a kinsman by blood more remote that a son of the same parents; as in the case of Abraham and Lot, Jacob and Laban. Persons of the same profession call each other brother, as judges, clergymen, professors of religion, members of societies united in a common cause, monks and the like.
Kings give to each other the title of brother, address their congregations by the title of brethren. In a more general sense, brother or brethren is used for man in general; all men being children of the same primitive ancestors, and forming one race of beings.
Brother-german is a brother by the father's and mother's side, in contradistinction to a uterine brother, or by the mother only."

We are brothers and sisters NOT because we have the same mother and/or father. We ARE brothers and sisters because we have the same primitive ancestors and we are Born Again-Saved the Bible Way and NOT from some vain imagination from the teachings of heretical men.

You can violate the commandment of "Thou shalt not kill" by violating another commandment of "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. i.e. lying.

Again from Websters 1828 Dictionary,
FRAT'RICIDE, n. [L. fratricidium; frater, brother, and caedo, to kill.]
1. The crime of murdering a brother.
2. One who murders or kills a brother.

Jackals also covets what he does not have. The Scriptural Truth based upon the sound, pure doctrine of the Blessed Apostles, once given in the Holy Word of G_d. It is with great interest to read on the Rt Revs page concerning he and his ministry being under attack. He justifies his calling in very Charismatic/Third Wave Pentecostal/Vineyard and Lighthouse Movement terms.

I sat at a Charismatic prophesy conference a few years ago. We ought to put Jackals up to the test the conference leaders spoke of. The "Apostle" stated if there was anyone in the audience who wanted to contend with their teachings(Third Wave Pentecostal/Vineyard-Lighthouse, etc.), he would bring them up on stage, put them on a scale and see if they could pass the gluttony test. It seams, according to their teachings, iff'in ya'll is overweight, your not following the Scriptures yourself and have no right to "judge" others.

Looking at his picture, Jackals doesn't pass the Charismatic "smell test." Jackals in NOT a brother in a Biblical sense. He is no different than that Mormon stake "bishop" who gives "temple recommend" cards to "worthy Mormons" so they may consecrate themselves, in the temple, for the Mormon version of the truth. He is no different than the RCC priest giving "communion" only to "worthy Catholics." Jackals would certainly put himself before the bar in the court of a Masonic "judge" in a civil matter.

Jack, yule either stand for something, or yule fall for anything. Loose your pragmatic, heretical teachings and get right with G_d, before it's too late!
