This is why we expose you false prophets:

SHOULD WE EXPOSE THESE MEN AND WHY?

Yes, we should according to the Scriptural pattern thus showing love and concern for the flock of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Jude 3&4. "it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. For there are certain members crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men…" Our faith is worth contending for!

Prov.22:3. "The prudent man forseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on , and are punished." If we can discern the evil then we can hide (protect) ourselves but the simple people who are unable to discern correctly, will be punished if they listen to these apostates & false prophets.

Jer.14: 15-16. "Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning the prophets that prophesy in my name, and I sent them not, yet they say, sword and famine shall not be in this land: By sword and famine shall those prophets be consumed. And the people to whom they prophesy shall be cast out in the streets of Jerusalem because of the famine and the sword; and they shall have none to bury them, them, their wives, nor their sons, nor their daughters: for I will pour their wickedness upon them" It is abundantly clear that not only will the apostates be punished but also all who listen to them.

Zeph.3 :4-5. "Her prophets are insolent and treacherous persons; her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law. The just Lord is in the midst thereof; he will not do iniquity; every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame." Yes. The apostates and those that listen to them know no shame. Staggering, isn’t it when we know the holiness of God and the purity of his Word and so not only are the apostates to be punished, but all who listen to them. God brings their sins to the light every morning & although they are not destroyed now, God’s judgment is coming: he faileth not; their iniquitous & shameful conduct will be judged.

Eph.6:18. "Praying always with all prayer & supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints." This scripture comes immediately after taking unto you the full armor of God. We should care enough for all saints enough to expose these enemies of God.

1Cor.5:12-13. "For what have I to do to judge them also that are outside (the church)? Do not ye judge them that are within. But them that are outside the church God judgeth. Therefore put away (excommunicate) from among yourselves that wicked person. Excommunication is called for!

1Tim.5:19-20. "Against an elder receive not an accusation, but before two or three witnesses. Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear." There are many in the churches masquerading as great men of God who should have been exposed, rebuked and excommunicated long ago!

Jn.10:11-13. "I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. But he that is a hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. The hireling fleeth because he is a hireling, and careth not for the sheep." The truth is that many shepherds are really only hirelings, working for money, acclaim and security and they love to be called ‘pastor’. Despite all their pretence, they care not for the sheep of God’s sheepfold, but only use the sheep, allowing the wolf to come and attack them with apostate teachings and false prophecies.

2Cor.5:10-11. "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men..."

It is interesting that in the New Testament writings that Jesus, Peter, John & Paul all named names and exposed serious sin. In the Old Testament there are many there who have been named for all to read also!

1.JESUS

Lk.22:48. Jesus named Judas. "Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?

2.PETER

Acts 5:1-12. Peter named Ananias & Sapphira. We read here the story of Ananias and Sapphira who had sold some land, and had pledged the proceeds for the work of God, but held back a portion of the price they received for the land & thus had lied to the Holy Ghost. This cost them both their lives.

Acts 1:16-20. Peter named Judas. He recounts how Judas was numbered among the apostles but had betrayed Jesus and had purchased a field with the reward of iniquity and had fallen down headlong & his bowels had gushed out and he died from the fall. Acts 8:9-24. Peter named Simon the Sorcerer who had tried to purchase the gifts of God with money and to use them for his own benefit.

3.PAUL

Acts 13:8-11. Paul named Elymas the Sorcerer who had withstood Paul and was blinded for a time for his endeavours to pervert what God had called Paul to do. 2Tim.1:15. Paul named Phygellus & Hermogenes. "that all they that be in Asia be turned away from me: of whom are Phygellus and Hermogenes."

2Tim.2:17-18. Paul named Hymeneus & Philetus. "And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymeneus and Philetus who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some."

2Tim. 4:10. Paul named Demas." "For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed."

2Tim. 3:8. Paul name Jannes and Jambres, "Now as Jannes & Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith."

Although their names were not mentioned in the Old Testament, Paul named these magicians who had, by magical powers, copied Godly miracles that were wrought through a true man of God, Moses. Hinn and others likewise copy miracles and signs and wonders through their magic, and in Hinn’s case also through his necromancy and contact with the demonic spirit world.

Deut:18:10-11. "There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer."

4.JOHN

3Jn.9&10." John named Diotrephes, "but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the pre-eminence among them, receiveth us not. Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church."

Even today pastors are casting God’s true saints out from the church if they voice their concern about the false revival allegedly happening in the church & the strange fire and the lunatic laughing and monkey business going on. It is happening!

Yes, it is Biblically correct to expose apostates and false prophets. False prophecy is a very serious sin in the Bible so let us look at a few of these scriptures.

Deut.18:20-22. "the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die. And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken? When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him."

Yes, we know the litany of false prophesies and teachings that have come from the mouth of people like Benny Hinn, Rodney Howard Browne, Kenneth Copeland and others & we have been warned how serious their sin is e.g. that prophet shall die & thou shalt not be afraid of him. When we hear Benny Hinn bringing a curse against those true men of God and their families and children who oppose his error and nefarious ways, we are told quite clearly not to be afraid of him, and that he is only speaking presumptuously from the futility of his own heart. We also know that we are not to listen to the prophet even if his prophesy does come to pass if he seeks to turn your heart away from the Lord, thy God.

Deut.13:1-5. "If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them; Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the Lord your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all

your soul. Ye shall walk after the Lord your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him. And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the Lord your God."

God is testing and proving his people in these last days but many are cleaving to and listening to false prophets and not to what it says in His word. They have been turned away from the Lord their God and unto fables, hearkening to words the Lord hath not spoken.

Jer.14:14-15. "Then the Lord said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought and the deceit of their heart. Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning the prophets that prophesy in my name, and I sent them not, yet they say, sword and famine shall not be in the land; by sword and famine shall those prophets be consumed."

We are certainly warned concerning false prophets so why is the church so easily deceived? Their discernment is fatally flawed for lack of knowledge of the Scriptures.

Jer.20:6. "And thou, Pashur, and all that dwell in thine house shall go into captivity: and thou shalt come to Babylon, and there thou shalt die, and shalt be buried there, thou, and all thy friends, to whom thou hast prophesied lies.

Jer.28:15-17. "Then said the prophet Jeremiah unto Hananiah the prophet, Hear now, Hananiah; The Lord hath not sent thee; but thou makest this people to trust in a lie. Therefore thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will cast thee from off the face of the earth: this year thou shalt die, because thou hast taught rebellion against the Lord. So Hananiah the prophet died the same year in the seventh month."

If you are listening to false prophets you are listening to rebellion against the Lord, and you are trusting in a lie, for the Lord did not send these men but they are false prophets, wolves in sheep’s clothing, hirelings and apostates.

Zech.13:3. "And it shall come to pass, that when any shall yet prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him shall say unto him, Thou shalt not live, for thou speakest lies in the name of the Lord: and his father and his mother that begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesies."

False prophesy is very serious, for if you do so, then you are declaring that what we are saying is what the Lord has said, when the Lord has Not spoken through you.
