Was asked by a few to give my opinion of the new Ian Mitchell CD "Live in L.A." - thought I'd give it here. Here we go:

First off - Ian and his Bay City Rollers band really play well together. I mean this is "live" and they're not missing any beats! The sounds on this CD are incredible. Ian really can take you away with his talent of sounding red hot in one song "Doctor Doctor" and then switching to completely sensual in yet another "Rockin' in the Free World"

His singing on the old BCR songs such as: "I Only Want to be With You" and now this one is really hot "You Made Me Believe in Magic" are excellent.

For those that haven't seen the Ian Mitchell's Bay City Rollers live - you MUST get this CD. Just remember - you'll want to see him live after this though.

Don't take my word for it though - go to the Ian board and get your own.
