No, everyone does not believe that Zion is inside the matrix or that it is itself another Matrix.

There are a number of explanations of why Neo could stop the sentinels in the real world. Human breeding yielded a side effect that humans can produce EMPs. Neo has some way of connecting to the Matrix without equipment, and stopped the sentinels 'from the inside'. Or, strange as it may sound, Neo really is developing superhuman powers in the real world (it IS just a movie.)

The spoon bending kid from Matrix one was probably awakened and now lives in Zion and sent a completely different spoon to Neo for any reason you could think of, but no conclusive reason, and so it means nothing at this point.

The red candy can mean anything, just like the spoon, so this proves absolutely nothing. One idea is that food, pills, candy, maybe even kisses are simple hacks that enhance the target person. There is no way to know what the actual enhancement is, so how can you speculate that it is evidence of a second Matrix? I personally do not think that the red candy was the same shape as the red pill - and it could have been JUST A PIECE OF CANDY to confuse the audience.

The movie could go either way, but I personally think that the real world is in fact real. I cannot offer conclusive evidence, but I am sure that at least half the people on this and other forums feel the same way as me.
