Yes, anyone can learn Gaelic. Its a fairly complicated language so its better to learn it in a class.I assume you live in the US - if so, your local library should have a list of Irish teachers. One word of warning. Please dont go to Ireland or Scotland thinking that everyone speaks the language. For historical reasons both languages have been shuttled into particular areas.
