 Thanks for your responses. It has been an interesting time for us but with God's guidance and His working, He has shown us where we are and who we are. My husband has remained clean and through it all, maturing more daily. I, once again, stepped out of the way of God's work and gave it all up to Him. We are in the process of having a story written about us in a newspaper and working with other adddicts in recovery to find Jesus as their Higher Power and I know that the enemy has been hard at work in attacking us. Whenever one glorifies God, the enemy wants to rip that all off and he gets into the deepest areas that we didn't realize still existed. We are learning that the suffering is not to hurt us as long as we're following God's guide, it is just to strengthen our spiritual muscles. I think that is the essence of faith.
