 my kids are very aware of what drugs are. They are living the consequences of daddy's drug use. They did attend different type of group but not alanon.

Shelly, In order for the court to order him to get a job you need to open a case with your county Dept of Child Serices. They will represent your child and force him to pay support. They have attached liens on everything from property, to Income taxes to drivers registration. They are squeezing him.
In the beginning before drugs we had an 'agreement' for payment. But now I need help. As he has gotten clean he is ebarraseed that at his new job his wages will be garneished. Tuff! Write if you need more info. I have to go to work. YUK!!
