 I already have an order with the county -it was done 12 yrs ago before he made 6 digits. We mutually agreed upon an amount that he has paid now for 8 yrs until now. When I called the county to tell them that I already have an order for $100.00 p/month that he IS paying -I was told unless he STOPS paying this, there is nothing they can do. IF he stops paying this measley $100 that's when they attach leins etc. He will never stop paying this as he knows it gets him to appear to be doing what he was ordered. When I explained that I want child support RE-evaluated from the $100 and he did not have a job -I was told that then it would go from $100 to ZERO b/c he has no income. I asked this lady every which way I could and got the same answer each time. I ended the frustrating call with "So -because I already have an order in place that he is paying, get it re-evaluted and he doesn't have a job. I then get nothing and will get nothing forever if he never gets a job" She was a b*tch and replied "I don't know if you will get anything from him. I can't say he won't send you something" I restated it saying "According to the COUNTY -he will never owe me a dime as long as he is not employed" Her answer was "Yes". Our lovely system at it's best!!
