You don't need to barter with God to get what you want...you have to have faith in Him that His will will bring you a happy and prosperous life.

If you are having difficulty regaining your faith, ask for God to open your heart to it, for you to hear his wispers, to see his signs, and to lead you down the path He has intended for you.

OR

If there is something you really really want, pray for it, and pray for it and pray for it. Jesus said that if you keep asking it shall be granted (kind of like the squeaky wheel thing)...but know that what is granted might not be God's will.

This past month alone I have seen God's work in my life to help me with the decisions I must make regarding my meth addicted spouse. I have seen Him part storms so that I can make the trip He wanted me to make. I saw him fizzle out a storm heading straight for my children while I was away only to regain the strength once it was past my children. I saw Him weaken my spouse so that the manipulation was apparent, and I saw His plan for my spouse materialize.

When did I begin to see all these things? When I put my faith in Him to guide me in the path He intends for me. He led me to a website that has marvelous daily inspirationals. For those that would like it, it is www.joelolsteen.com

Whatever any of you may choose, may you be safe while you are on your journey. Good luck and God bless!
