In reply to: Chijiresusu, Demon, Diablo and Nikira 's message, "[.The.Taming.Of.The.Demon.]" on 03:19:03 11/11/02 Mon

Drekka continued to watch. Her eyes curiously followed the trail of Demon, Chijiresusu, and Diablo. Two of them went into the bushes, and only one came out. She was sure that they hadn't killed him, for she had seen how protective they all were over each other. Cold orbs trailed again to another form. Storm's lifeless body lying in the snow, his blood melting the snow into an eerie, red, steaming slush. Her maw opened and her tongue lolled out in a silent laugh. The fool. So easily disposed of...
Oh well. One less of the weaker Balkar to worry about. Her eyes went from one wolf to the other. Nightfall was fine, as was Gallia. SwItCh was questionable, but she cared not, for he was a runt. But Brechin's action disappointed her, adn amused her at the same time. Typical of him. He truely enjoyed a good, bloody battle, but he only liked it to go so far. The raven upon her shoulders clacked his beak.
What is that fool doing now? he asked, looking at Brechin with disgust.
"Silence, you old twit," snapped Drekka. The words of his mistress quickly quieted Frarrow.

Brechin's jaws once again rushed for Letha as Chijiresusu and Diablo began to take care of Demon. Blood was spilled from a large bite mark on his shoulder blades from the wolf, but Brechin ignored it. He reached out to close his jaws on Letha's tail, using his brute strength and massive size to his advantage.

Nightfall and Gallia rushed to defend SwItCh, who cried out as Letha's teeth close on his back. Soon, Nightfall was standing over him, guarding him from the crazed femme. Hackles rose in anger, adn a horrible snarl errupted from within him. Gallia did likewise, and stood in front of SwItCh and Nightfall. She knew not what the connection between the great Brechin and this new, lone Balkar was, but she did not think of it. She growled low as Brechin defended them.

Brechin was angered at Letha. She needed to calm herself. He leaped between her and the others, signaling them to step back. The Balkar did as they were told, and left their comrad in the open as Chijiresusu ad Diablo returned. Brechin stood between them.
"Letha, stop this!" he snarled. "What's become of you? This is not your fight, Letha. Stand down!"
His bloodied fur bristled, and glittering teeth were snown, bared against the femme. He knew her. This was not the Letha he knew, however. But Brechin understood. As Graz did. She was not Letha, but the Wolfess in the Dream...
"Stop this now!"
