A New York man is suing his employer, IBM, after getting fired for visiting adult chat rooms and porno sites while at work. He's suing for $5 million. He claims he has a protected disability - he's an internet sex addict, and must look at porn at work. Even the lady who sued McDonald's for spilling coffee in her lap is saying "SHUT-UP!"
